HOT OFF THE PRESS Inaugural Scouts of the Year announced Scouts NSW is proud to announce the four category winners of the inaugural Scout of the Year Award – Megan Visser, Jacinta Gomez, Aimee Savva, and Jack Millet. A1, A2, and YA1 forms to follow On Monday 14 October, the online Y1 form, fully integrated into Scoutlink, went live and ready to use on the Scouts NSW website.
The online Y1 is the first of our integrated member application forms to be released. The integrated adult online application forms, A1, A2, and YA1, will be released across the coming weeks from Monday 21 October 2019. Read more here.
Scouts NSW email addresses and Scouts Office 365 Online are coming your way As a key initiative of the Scouts NSW Strategic Plan, targeted adult members across the Scouts NSW organisation will be provided with dedicated Scouts NSW Email addresses. The staged roll out of Scouts NSW email addresses and Office 365 Online will commence Region by Region from Monday 21 October 2019. The entire implementation is expected to take eight to ten weeks. Scouts NSW State Branding and Promotions The Scouts NSW state branding created just for our state as part of the brand review is now available through our website. Please use the new Scouts NSW logos, gum tree graphics, and design files on flyers, website, signage and more. In addition, each Scout Group across the state will receive a new Promotions Pack filled with resources with the updated branding to help you as you promote Scouting in your local communities.

National Children's Week kicks off on Saturday 19 October, and Scouts NSW is proud to be involved. Child Safety in Scouting Scouts Australia NSW is committed to operating as a child safe organisation and implementing child safe policies and practices in accordance with the elements of a child safe institution outlined by the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse report entitled Creating Child Safe Institutions.
