Dear all,

Thank you to all who were able to join us at one of the four strategic plan webinars over the last two weeks. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with people from all levels of our organisation, present the Strategic Plan to you and most importantly listen to your thoughts on how we can work together to implement this plan successfully.

Webinar Recording

For those who were unable to attend, we strongly recommend you view a recording of the webinar by clicking below.

The presentation spans around fifteen minutes, with over an hour of engaging Q&A sessions from both the Tuesday 15 May and Wednesday 24 May sessions.

Next Steps

As promised, the actions, objectives and measures of success have been attached for your reference and we ask you to consider the measures in your own planning.

We all have a different role to play, and we ask that you submit your own action plan (what, when, who) via the online form below.

In the webinar we explained in further detail some examples of how you can develop your own local Group action plan– and we hope that you are able to use these examples to develop unique actions and measures that are relevant to your own Group, your District, your Region or your Team.

By working together towards a common goal, we will be able achieve great things!
